Refund Policy

At Xrampek, we're committed to transparency in everything we do. This includes how we handle refunds for our small capital investing education programs. We want you to feel confident in your decision to learn with us, which is why we've outlined our approach clearly below.

Understanding Our Refund Window

You have 14 calendar days from your enrollment date to request a full refund if our learning program isn't the right fit for you. We get it—sometimes things don't align with what you expected, and that's okay.

After those first two weeks, refunds become partial and are evaluated based on how much of the program content you've accessed. We think that's fair to both you and to the work our instructors put into creating these resources.

Full Refund Eligible

Request submitted within 14 days of enrollment, with less than 20% of course materials accessed.

Partial Refund Considered

Requests after 14 days are reviewed individually based on progress and circumstances.

Technical Issues

Platform problems preventing access? We'll extend your refund window or provide alternative solutions.

Medical or Emergency

Unexpected life events happen. We handle these situations with understanding and flexibility.

How to Request Your Refund

The process is straightforward. Just reach out to us and we'll walk you through it. No hoops to jump through.

Contact Our Team

Send an email to info@xrampek.info with "Refund Request" in the subject line. Include your full name, enrollment date, and reason for requesting a refund.

We Review Your Request

Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days. We'll check your enrollment details and course access history.

Receive Confirmation

You'll get an email confirming whether your refund is approved, along with details about the amount and processing timeline.

Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The actual time to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.

Different Situations, Different Approaches

Not every refund request is identical. Here's how we handle various scenarios that come up.

Changed Your Mind Early

If you realize within the first week that investing education isn't for you right now, we'll process a full refund without questions. Life changes, priorities shift—we understand.

Found Another Program

Maybe you discovered a different learning approach that suits you better. As long as it's within the 14-day window and you haven't completed significant portions of our content, you're eligible for a full refund.

Personal or Medical Circumstances

Sometimes unexpected challenges require your attention elsewhere. We review these situations individually and can often accommodate you even outside standard timeframes.

Technical Difficulties

If our platform isn't working properly on your end and we can't resolve it quickly, we'll either extend your access or process a refund. Your call.

Important Things to Know

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during enrollment. We can't split refunds across different accounts or payment methods.

If you received any physical materials or downloadable resources, those need to be unused or deleted as a condition of your refund.

Group enrollment discounts or promotional pricing may affect refund calculations. We'll explain exactly how this works when processing your request.

When Refunds Don't Apply

There are some situations where we can't offer refunds. Being upfront about this helps avoid confusion later.

Refunds Are Not Available For:

  • Students who have completed more than 50% of the course content
  • Requests made more than 60 days after enrollment date
  • Violations of our terms of service or code of conduct
  • Content that was shared or distributed without authorization
  • Programs purchased during final sale periods clearly marked as non-refundable
  • One-on-one mentorship sessions that have already occurred

How quickly you receive your refund depends partly on how you paid originally.

7-10 business days after approval
